This is a story of friendship, a shared creative journey, collaborative passion projects and a never-ending gravitation to unleash a sense of joy and wonder through their craft. Their creative collaboration threads the needle with pure joy, positivity, and care to unearth how their craft can deliver meaning in all the right ways 💛 with just the right fairy dusting of nostalgia to ground it.

These two Christophers met in college at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, later reunited in NYC where they co-founded TPOF (The Power of Friendship) in 2023, “from a shared daydream”.

TPOF is an art and design studio that works with companies, agencies, and radical dreamers to create brands, experiences, and lasting memories. They do this by combining type driven branding with animated design systems to create logos and brands you want to grow up and grow old with. Their unique collaboration and their collaborative spirit in working with others is indeed their secret sauce.

✻ Chris Caldwell, is a Brand Designer, Type Designer & Lettering Artist with a passion for letters. Caldwell cut his brand design teeth with a brief touchdown working at Korn Design (lucky me) after college and a variety of acclaimed branding and design firms that drew him to NY.

✻ Chris Skinner’s background and rich experience reaches into branding and graphics, while flowing deeply into animation and motion design. He also teaches graphic design and motion graphics courses at St. Johns University in Queens. Skinner is the magic behind the Yellow& Partners digital animations. We collaborated on dreaming these up for the launch of the Yellow& Partners new brand platform.
